Awards!

It's time for the First Annual Littlemorrows Awards of Great Blogging.

An award is presented to everyone who has ever taken time to grace our blogs or comments.

And here they are (the envelope, please):
Drrrrrrrrrrrrummmmmmm rollllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.....

The Most Creative Player-On-Words Award goes to, palindromically speaking,.... Benjneb Rauscherehcsuar! (See "Yay" Post). We would also like to give him The Most Comments Award, but here we must tread carefully due to a certain sibling who may feel these have not been honestly counted (reminiscent of Gore/Bush election).

The Portrait Artist of the Year Award goes to Tim Rauscher (see "I Only Have Two Friends" Post). He also qualifies for and hereby receives the Underappreciated-Lengthy-And-Even-Occasional-Double-Post-Author Award.

The "Off Somewhere On Their Honeymoon" Award goes to JoshandAbby, who don't seem to check in much but are always fun and naturally blogacious when they do (Hey, did they ever get that L-shaped couch or not?).

The Most Creative Speller Award goes to none other than the one, the only Sna. Need I say more? Sam also receives the Best Rodent Artist Award, for his realistic portrayal of our little doomed pest (see All Mice Go To Heaven).

The Cute Kids Award is tied this year. See assorted photos sprinkled throughout blog. And the award goes to the pair affectionately known as Grizzy. (Of course.)

The Even Less Frequently Heard From Than JoshandAbby Award goes, without question, to Chief R. But we do like it when we hear from him.

The Colorfullest Award goes to Bethany, who has enjoyed infusing brightness into our blog. (See her abstract art on the Euroclydon post. She also named this award, so I think she should get some kind of secondary grammar award.)

The Never-Give-Up Computer Rookie Award goes to Gramma, who was brave enough to post a comment (See Yay) even though she had to try 3 times to get one to stick and was about ready to burn her computer.

The Can't Keep a Secret Award goes to Anonymous, who has posted 3 times as anonymous, I believe, but has only divulged her actual name in two of those.

The Biggest Time Fritterer Award goes to none other than Haus (The Mom Haus) who has spent more time on this silly blog than anyone should but has sure had fun!

And last but definitely not least, the Ellipsis Award goes to Caitlin for her prolific use of this handy punctuational tool...

Hope we didn't leave anyone out!! Thanks for coming to the ceremony, folks, and have a safe trip home!

Those awards sound like the awards Caitlin and Bethany got at the volleyball banquet on the 18th.

So that's what it is when you pronounce it, huh? Funny!!

is Tim home already?

Yep, Tim's here...kind of. We just got home from the Thanksgiving service at church, and Dad, Tim, and Sam went to Wal-Mart to get stuff. So he hasn't been home yet, but he's here. So yeah...when are YOU coming?

well, I know we're not sure my flare-up was mainly the dog or whatever, but I think I might just come home tomorrow morning, so I'm there one night less. Normally I wouldn't worry about it but just since my asthma is flared up...
(I'm cool like Caitlin...)

Wal-Mart is a good place to go to get stuff.
